In general coins do not expire as long as your HeroReads account stays active. If there is any future change to this rule, we will notify you clearly inside the app.
Under normal conditions coin purchases are final. However if there is an error with payment or a confirmed duplicate charge, the support team will review your request and assist you.
At the moment coins are linked to a single HeroReads account and cannot be transferred directly. Gift features may be added later so that you can support friends or community members.
Once you have unlocked a chapter with coins it remains unlocked for your account even if the author later adjusts the price for new readers.
