Contact supportThe minimum payout threshold depends on your currency and region. Inside your dashboard you will see the current minimum amount that must be available before you can request a payout.
After you request a payout and it is approved, payment is usually processed within one or two working days. In some cases banks or payment providers may take longer to reflect the money.
HeroReads uses a short review window before new earnings become available. This helps to reduce fraud and payment disputes. Once that window is completed your pending amount will move into your available balance.
For security reasons payouts must normally go into an account owned by you or by a registered business where you are an authorised contact. Support may ask for extra checks if the name on the bank account does not match your creator profile.
